Be Chocolat is a company that takes pride in making chocolate. It was established in Bali in 2014 by Michel Clement, an internationally renowned master chocolatier, who brought his 22 years of experience to the UK a few years later. Michel's expansion of his chocolate shop from Bali and Barcelona to Brighton was encouraged by James Sutton's artistic approach as a passionate artisan chocolatier.
The chocolate is freshly handmade every day in front of customers in their workshops. Only the best quality cocoa and ethically sourced ingredients are selected. Be Chocolat has a distinctive and easily recognisable graphic identity. The logo's forms are used to convey messages in a fresh and casual manner.
